Dr. Voss is originally from the Harrisburg area of Pennsylvania. She majored in Molecular Biology and Biotechnology at Clarion University. Then she went on to the Ohio State University School of Veterinary Medicine where she completed her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine. Next up was a fourteen month stint in Washington, D.C. to further her training by completing a compreshensive veterinary internship. Dr. Voss has twelve years experience as an associate veterinarian in Georgia and Colorado. Her passions are ultrasonography, internal medicine and surgery. She continually completes advanced training in each discipline in order to strengthen the level of care she can offer pets. Dr. Voss gives back to the field of veterinary medicine through her roles as the secretary and treasurer of the Denver Area Veterinary Medical Society. . Dr. Voss and her family have been in Colorado since 2009; they absolutely love it here! Her family consists of her husband, two beautiful two-legged children, and three four-legged children (Old English Mastiffs and an Australian Shepherd). They live in Golden and enjoy their views of the foothills. .
Dr. Stephanie Kotas, a Colorado native, joined the VCA Dakota Ridge team in March 2014. After practicing briefly in Los Angeles, she is very happy to be back in the Denver metro area supporting her local pet community once again. Dr. Kotas has a special interest in dentistry, internal medicine and geriatric medicine. She is committed to improving her patients' quality of life. In her free time, she loves exploring the outdoors with her husband and young daughter, and hanging out with her basset hound (Truman) and her two cats (Rogue and Napoleon).
Education:
Dr. Christa Rinehart joined the VCA Dakota Ridge team in January 2015 after moving to Colorado from Wyoming. She graduated from Washington State University, College of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Rinehart spent three years in the high desert of Wyoming, and is excited to be back in an area surrounded by beautiful mountains. She enjoys working with many types of animals and in many areas of medicine. She has a special interest in exotic medicine, feline medicine, geriatric medicine, and acupuncture. She shares her home with her German Shepherd, Frankie.
